Newdigate 100 Bird Sporting

Shooting clays for over 30 years, Robin Carter has a wealth of knowledge about the sport and is always happy to offer a tip or two to help you improve your score.

Nestled in Surrey on the West Sussex border Newdigate Shooting Ground offers a mixture of open field, hedgerow & woodland stands. Reached through country lanes, there's a large car park with the shoot office and snack bar a couple of minutes flat walk away. 

The well established 100 bird sporting layout with a variety of stands that undergo many changes before each event lean towards the challenging side of our sport, which is perhaps why so many top level shooters make this a regular day out.

Plastic wadding and cartridges over 28g are not permitted. Felt wad 7 1/2, 8 or 9 shot size are acceptable.

Felt wad cartridges are available at the book-in office.

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times as the shooting ground is on a working farm with livestock.
